New York, After a legal battle lasting more than three years, a Sikh woman here, who faced racial, religious and sexual harassment at her workplace, has forced her employer to not only pay her compensation, but also make changes in its employment policies.

Coming from a financially weak background, Fiona Zuzartee, this year's winner of Miss Malaysia-India Pageant, worked in radio contests to earn pocket money.

Sonia Ahmed graduated from the University of Ottawa in Business and went on to do her CGA. After getting involved in the Miss Pakistan World, she continued her focus on the pageant to make it successful. The pageant has had 6 successful years representing Pakistan internationally.
